Shoba Yatra (First of it’s kind in Chicago)

All Hindu organizations in Chicago Area came together to celebrate Hindu Heritage Month.

Hindu Organizations in Chicago held a Shobha Yatra in Downtown Chicago. The event began at The Art Institute of Chicago, the very place where Swami Vivekananda gave his magnificent speech on Sep 11, 1893. and walked to Lake Shore Drive and Back. The entire event was about 1.5 hr long.
